Original paintings are sold through Singulart. This site shows the work and links to those listings. No sales or payments happen here.

YOUR DATA

What this site collects

Very little. There is no contact form, no newsletter and no account to create. Nothing collected here is sold or shared for advertising.

  • If you email. Your address and whatever you write, kept only as long as needed to reply and keep a record of the conversation.

  • Visit statistics. Anonymous counts of pages viewed, collected by Squarespace, which hosts this site.

  • Technical logs. Standard server records, including IP address, kept briefly for security.

The legal basis is legitimate interest in running and securing the site, and your own initiative where you chose to send an email.

SITE FUNCTIONS

Cookies

Squarespace sets a small number of cookies needed for the site to work, and some that count visits. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. Blocking them will not stop you browsing the artwork.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under GDPR you can ask to see the data held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. You can also object to it being processed, or ask for a copy in a portable format.

Email cecilia.sjolund@tingo.se and you will get an answer within six months. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), the Swedish data protection authority
